Breanna is a licensed Real Estate Broker who brings over 15 years of experience and more than 140 closed transactions across three major Southern California markets. From guiding first-time homebuyers with confidence, to helping investors identify profitable Airbnb opportunities, to representing luxury homeowners, she has truly done it all.
She began her career in Los Angeles, spent nearly a decade selling full-time in the Coachella Valley, expanded her business into San Diego, and has now returned to LA with a strong foundation in both sales and operational systems. As both a Broker and a seasoned operator, she approaches every client and every project with strategy, precision, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
Originally from Seattle, Breanna is passionate about giving back and regularly volunteers with The Lange Foundation, supporting rescue dogs in need. Outside of real estate, she enjoys fitness, football Sundays, and spending quality time with her beloved Shih Tzu.
